- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My GP is excellent and very thorough. Wish I could say the same regarding Practice Manager and (some of the) reception staff. Appointments for one month ahead never available because 'Practice Manager' hasn't put them on the system yet!! I work full time and need to schedule at least a month in advance. Good GP service if you work part time or unemployed / retired. Not good if you work full time ... and you need early / late appts at short notice or to plan appts / tests in advance.by E ACOctober 29, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪GP has split my prescription into weekly but DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT HAVING TO PAY 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT A MONTH!!!! 1 Item £ 8.60 Now its split into weekly they expect me to pay 4x £8.60 = £34.40 for the same prescription Talk about ripping the patient off anf ripping the NHS off!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Its just another money making scheme. Do they think we are made of money???? I left it with them, will return tomorrow to give them a chance to possibly rectify their mistake (if they will admit to it) If not sorted by then, GMC & CCG options i have been advised by the good offices on "HARDMAN STREET" in MANCHESTER UPDATE FRI 10th nov 2017..
